Install the extension, sign up (7-day free trial), and open any review page. When you find a review reply box, a "Generate response" button appears next to it. Click it, and an AI-drafted reply appears in the box, ready to edit or post.

Every response comes with a 1–5 star rating widget. Rate the drafts you like (4–5 stars) and dislike (1–2 stars). After 3 ratings, the AI starts using your favorites — and your least favorites — as guidance for future drafts. The more you rate, the more your replies sound like you.

Professional, Friendly, Apologetic, and Enthusiastic. Set your default in the popup, or change it any time depending on what the review needs.

You choose — Short (1–2 sentences), Medium (3–5 sentences), or Long (up to 300 words). Set it in the popup and adjust any time.

If you don't like the first draft, click Regenerate for a fresh alternative take. One regenerate is included per response, and it doesn't count against your weekly allowance.

Yes. The extension works on any review page — whether you manage one business or several. All usage counts against the same weekly allowance.

$7.99 USD per month, billed monthly by Stripe. Includes 60 AI-generated replies per rolling 7-day window.

The full 7 days of access, same as the paid plan. A credit card is required to start (via Stripe), but you won't be charged until day 8.

Your subscription starts automatically on day 8 and your card is charged $7.99. You can cancel any time before then to avoid being charged.

Click "Manage subscription" in the extension popup or your account dashboard. This opens the Stripe portal where you can cancel with one click. No emails, no phone calls, no retention offers.

We don't issue refunds for partial months, but you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. If something goes seriously wrong on our end, email us and we'll make it right.

Only "Generate" clicks. Regenerating a response does NOT count as an additional use. The window is rolling — as each generation ages past 7 days, that credit refreshes.

Your email and hashed password (for auth), your subscription status (via Stripe), and timestamps of when you generate replies (for enforcing the weekly allowance). Review text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only when you click Generate — we don't permanently store review text or your replies on our servers.

So it can detect review reply boxes wherever they appear — Google, Yelp, Airbnb, Trustpilot, or any other review site. In practice, the extension only activates when it finds a review-shaped reply box. It never reads or sends data from other pages you visit.

The extension needs to detect a review-shaped reply box. If the button isn't showing: (1) reload the page, (2) make sure you're on the review reply view — not just viewing reviews, and (3) wait a moment — some sites load reply boxes dynamically. If it still doesn't work, email us with the URL and we'll investigate.

Our detection engine is designed to survive most redesigns, but if something breaks, email responsewiseai@gmail.com and we'll typically ship a fix within 24 hours.

AI drafts are starting points, not finished replies. Always review and edit before posting. If certain patterns consistently produce bad drafts, use the star ratings to teach the AI what you don't want — that feedback loop is genuinely powerful.

The window is rolling — it counts the last 7 days from right now, not calendar weeks. If you clustered a lot of generations recently, some may still be in the window. Your dashboard shows how much you've used and when your capacity refreshes.

Sessions expire for security. Click the extension icon and sign in again. If it keeps happening, email us and we'll investigate.
