Terms of Service

By using ResponseWiseAi(the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. If you’re using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on that business’s behalf.

ResponseWiseAi is a Chrome extension and hosted service that helps you draft replies to customer reviews on third-party review platforms (Google, Yelp, Airbnb, and similar). Replies are generated by an AI model based on the review text you send us and the preferences you configure.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
• You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• One person or business per account. Sharing an account is not permitted.

• ResponseWiseAi costs $7.99 USD per month, billed monthly by Stripe.
• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial; you won’t be charged during the trial period.
• If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your card is automatically charged and your subscription begins.
• Your paid subscription includes 60 AI-generated replies per rolling 7-day window. Regenerated replies count as part of the same response and don’t consume an additional credit.
• We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that’s illegal, harassing, deceptive, or that impersonates someone else (including reviewers).
• Attempt to bypass our usage limits or resell access to the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate the Service beyond its intended use in the Chrome extension.
• Send us content you don’t have the right to send (including private, confidential, or copyrighted material belonging to others).
• Use the Service in ways that violate the terms of the review platforms you’re responding on (Google, Yelp, Airbnb, etc.).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You own the review text you send us and the replies we generate for you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service (for example, forwarding it to our AI provider to generate a reply). We don’t claim ownership of your replies, and we don’t use your content to train AI models.

The Service’s software, design, name, and branding are owned by ResponseWiseAi. You may use the Service as intended but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our software or branding without our written permission.

Replies produced by ResponseWiseAiare drafts. You are responsible for reviewing every reply before posting it, editing it to match your voice and facts, and complying with the rules of the platform you’re posting on. We don’t guarantee that AI-generated text will be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors.

ResponseWiseAi depends on third-party services including Anthropic (AI), Supabase (data), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). If any of these providers experience downtime, ResponseWiseAimay be temporarily unavailable. We’re not liable for outages caused by third-party providers.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific requirement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ResponseWiseAi’s total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.

You can stop using the Service at any time by canceling your subscription and uninstalling the extension. We can suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms, if we’re required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service (in which case we’ll notify you and refund any pre-paid but unused portion of your subscription).

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date at the top and, when appropriate, notify signed-in users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
